    Short sentences, one idea per page. Getting the words right comes before anything else.

    You check the words

    We send you the words to check and change. You can also ask our document checking team to check them. They use Easy Read themselves.

    Pictures in the look you choose, the voice you choose, the web link, the video and the printed copy, with your logo on the closing screen.

    You see it, then send it out

    You see the finished message before it goes anywhere. Then send it by email, WhatsApp, text, your website or on paper. If it asks questions, you see the answers.

Is Easy Message made by AI?

We use AI tools to help draft the easy words, choose pictures and make real-looking pictures. A person checks and edits every message before it is made, and you check it too. The tools help us work quickly; people make the decisions.

Does it replace easy read documents?

No. Every message includes a printed easy read copy. The web link and video add a voice and movement for people who find even easy read hard, or who would rather listen or watch.

What do people need to open a message?

A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. There is nothing to install. The video works without the internet, and the printed copy works without a screen.

How long does it take?

Short messages are quick to make. We agree a date with you when you send us the information, including time for checking.

How much does it cost?

We price each message by its length and whether you want it checked. Get in touch and we will give you a price before we start.
