Messages that ask, and listen

A web link can stop and ask a question. The narrator reads it out, names each choice, and waits. People answer with one tap, and you see the answers.

Nobody is rushed. A button can be pressed at any time.

Different paths

  • Feedback after a session
  • Booking a place
  • Voting

Seeing the answers

Answers are collected only if you ask for them, and kept simple and safe.

  • You see the totals for each question, and the average for numbers. You can download them as a spreadsheet.
  • Answers are anonymous. No names and no internet addresses are kept.
  • If a job needs to know who replied, each person can have their own link. The list of who has which link stays with you.
  • People answer by tapping, never by typing. Typed answers can give away who someone is.
  • We agree with you how long answers are kept. When the link stops working, it stops taking answers.
  • A message can end with an email button, so people can ask you to get in touch.

Questions are part of the web link. A video cannot wait for an answer, so videos leave the questions out. More on keeping information safe.
